Rachel Clupper

Rachel Clupper, CPA is a Senior Manager in the Firm’s assurance practice with more than 20 years of experience in national and regional CPA firms. She serves as the Firm’s Government and Non-Profit liaison on the Internal Quality Management Team and has held Uniform Guidance quality assurance roles for many years, developing and delivering training on UG compliance and its evolving landscape both internally and externally. Rachel works exclusively with governmental and nonprofit clients and is experienced in all phases of accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance, including engagements conducted under Government Auditing Standards (“Yellow Book”) and Uniform Guidance (“Single Audit”).

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, Government Finance Officers Association, and the Indiana CPA Society, serves on the NCACPA Government Resource Group alongside League of Government Commission members and other state officials, contributes to the planning committee for the NCACPA Nonprofit Spring Conference, and recently served as a board member for the Association of Government Accountants Central Indiana Chapter. Rachel has extensive experience serving states, counties, cities, towns, school districts, higher education institutions, and public authorities.
