HUD has reported recent access issues with the REAC-TAC system, which impacted some users’ ability to reset passwords and submit Annual Financial Statements through FASS. The system is now restored, and all previously inactive accounts have been reactivated—users should follow the standard password reset process, though some may need to reset again.
Owners and auditors should make every reasonable effort to meet the March 31 filing deadline; however, those unable to do so due to these issues may request an extension from their assigned Account Executive after the deadline.
