Mark is a Principal in BRC’s Outsourced Accounting and Advisory practice, specializing in the healthcare industry. With more than 30 years working in healthcare as a clinic CFO, in acquisitions and strategy for a health system, and as a partner in a healthcare-focused CPA firm, his career offers a unique 360-degree perspective.
This hands-on experience as a healthcare administrator allows Mark to connect with clients as a peer who understands the operational pressures, regulatory requirements, and complex decisions involved in running a medical practice. At BRC, he helps physician practices with compensation planning, practice transitions, and buy-in/buy-out processes, offering practical solutions rooted in real-world experience.
Mark is also heavily involved in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) at the national, state, and local levels, staying closely connected to the issues and opportunities shaping the healthcare industry.

Mark likes spending time outside of the office with his wife and children. A dedicated fan of the Minnesota Gophers and Missouri Tigers, he enjoys cheering them on in college football and basketball with his son. He is a new resident of North Carolina and enjoys biking and hiking.
