Andy serves as BRC’s Chief Development Officer.  Known as a bold and successful innovator and leader of practice growth,  Andy has nearly 35 years in the business community and 25+ years in the accounting industry.  He possesses extensive knowledge in positioning complex services for owners, CFOs and other “C-level” executives.

Andy heads BRC’s strategic growth initiatives firmwide in addition to:  client experience and satisfaction, public relations, growth of service offerings and complicated business lines, industry partnerships, and community events .  He enjoys starting and growing high-impact teams and values his role as a coach for the next generation of BRCers.

Andrew “Andy” also serves on several local, regional and national boards of directors and gives back to those areas and industries which he gratefully appreciates and supports.
