Marsha is the Director of Human Resources for the firm. She oversees all of the human resource-related opportunities and challenges that come with a growing firm. She has a thorough knowledge of human resources issues and stays abreast of the latest developments related to employment law compliance, benefits, management/staff training and working environments. In this role, Marsha is instrumental in identifying programs to develop managers and motivators of people; fostering a respectful and caring work environment; managing employee benefits and rewarding hard work with fun.

Marsha has over thirty years of human resources experience, many of those years in a management capacity. Because she has worked in a variety of businesses, including transportation, banking, for profit services and non-profit, she has gained valuable experience in dealing with many types and levels of the workforce and thus, is better able to serve them. Marsha was initially drawn to the human resources field because she liked the idea of being in a role to help her co-workers, whether that entails explaining employee benefits, educating them about a new employment law or planning a fun team event. The employees are her clients and she is committed to making their work life a positive experience. Marsha also consults with the accounting staff on varying human resources related issues for clients and directly consults with clients when needed.
