Hona Moore, CPA, is a real estate management and accounting consultant with more than 18 years of experience in financial leadership, internal controls, reporting, process engineering, and systems evaluation. She currently serves as a consultant with BRC, where she previously worked as an Audit Manager before returning to the firm in October 2025. Her background spans audit, corporate finance, systems development, and executive operations, enabling her to effectively bridge financial requirements, operational realities, and system capabilities. Hona combines executive-level real estate experience with deep accounting expertise and a strong understanding of systems and processes, and she is known for quickly diagnosing challenges, delivering practical solutions, and supporting implementation to drive sustainable, long-term results.

Outside the Office

• Hona enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their children, Sawyer, Jade, and Sora. She is also active in her church community, where she volunteers in the nursery.
