Robin is a tax principal in our firm’s taxation area with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. She works primarily with clients in the affordable housing industry, including tax credit properties, U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and U.S. Department of Agricultural Rural Development Sites. In addition to reviewing tax filings to ensure compliance with various taxing authorities, Robin is responsible for identifying and resolving the complex reporting issues of tax credit properties. She has experience dealing with taxation as it applies to partnerships, LLCs, IRC Section 42 and affordable housing tax credits, IRC Section 47 and historic tax credits, cost certifications and carryover allocations.
