Robin is a tax principal in our firm’s taxation area with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. She works primarily with clients in the affordable housing industry, including tax credit properties, U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and U.S. Department of Agricultural Rural Development Sites. In addition to reviewing tax filings to ensure compliance with various taxing authorities, Robin is responsible for identifying and resolving the complex reporting issues of tax credit properties. She has experience dealing with taxation as it applies to partnerships, LLCs, IRC Section 42 and affordable housing tax credits, IRC Section 47 and historic tax credits, cost certifications and carryover allocations.

  • Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren.
  • Originally from Ohio, Robin enjoys making trips to the Cleveland area to visit with family and friends.
  • During her free time, Robin enjoys reading, watching sports, spending time with family and vacationing, especially cruising the Caribbean.
