Erica B. Vernon

Profile

Erica is an assurance partner at our firm with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She works primarily with non-profit organizations, real estate developers, construction contractors and clients involved in the affordable housing industry, including tax credit properties (LIHTC, Historic, Bonds), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development sites, and supportive housing communities.  She has experience in all phases of accounting, auditing, regulatory compliance and taxation related to these clients. In addition, Erica provides consulting on construction and development, syndication issues, 15-year exit strategy, and cost certifications for new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation.
