GREENSBORO, NC – BRC is excited to announce several changes in leadership roles.
First, Ben Ripple has been elected to serve as the Firm’s Managing Partner. Ben joined the firm in May 2013 and has been serving as BRC’s Assurance Practice Area Leader and Assurance Quality Control Leader.
Ben stated, “It is an honor to follow in the footsteps of those who have served the role before me. I have been privileged to work closely with both Lory Kelley and Wade Pack, the last two Managing Partners, and I know the immense shoes I am trying to fill.”
As part of the transition, Lory Kelley will become the Firm’s Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, a new role within the Firm focused on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to keep the Firm ahead of the ever-changing landscape of public accounting. Lory had served as the Firm’s Managing Partner since September 2021 and served as the Tax Practice Area Leader for several years prior to that.
To fill the roles of Assurance Practice Area Leader and Assurance Quality Control Leader, the Firm is happy to announce Jamie Parsons and Courtney Coker, respectively, will be stepping into these roles. Both have been with the firm for more than 15 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and excitement to these positions.
