BRC was once again named one of the 2025 Best Employers in North Carolina, marking another consecutive year of recognition. This program was created and is sponsored by Business North Carolina. The survey and awards program were designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in North Carolina—benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
The 2025 listing includes top-performing companies across the state, and BRC is proud to be ranked #3 in the “Large Employers” category. This recognition reflects our commitment to providing flexible work environments, prioritizing employee well-being, and investing in individual growth.
To be considered for participation, companies must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
• Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
• Be a publicly or privately held business
• Have a facility in the state of North Carolina with a minimum of 15 NC employees
• Must be in business a minimum of one year

Companies are evaluated on employee satisfaction, operations, and overall workplace culture.
