The results of an annual satisfaction survey, conducted by ClearlyRated, reveal that BRC delivers the highest quality client experience. 

In a survey sent directly to clients, BRC received an impressive 86% Net Promoter Score, or double the industry average. Net Promoter Score indicates the clients’ willingness to refer a company’s services. The top drivers for BRC’s high NPS score were responsiveness (87%), quality (91%) and value (91%).
