With more than 30 years in healthcare, serving as a clinic CFO, working in acquisitions and strategy for a health system, as well as a Partner in a healthcare-focused CPA firm, Mark offers a unique, 360-degree perspective.
He brings hands-on experience with the operational pressures, regulatory requirements, and complex decisions involved in running a medical practice. Throughout his career, Mark has helped physician practices with compensation planning, practice transitions, and buy-in/buy-out processes, offering practical solutions rooted in real-world experience.
Mark is also heavily involved in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) at the national, state, and local levels, staying closely connected to the issues and opportunities shaping the healthcare industry.
