Andrew “Andy” Harding, BRC’s Chief Development Officer, has been chosen to join established professionals from industry, education and healthcare, nonprofits and local government as a member of the 2024 executive leadership program, INSIGHT.
The 14-week program, organized by Leadership Winston-Salem, is intended to educate, connect and energize leaders to serve and improve the community.
During seven 3-hour sessions, senior-level executives will collaborate with community leaders and one another to learn about the city’s assets and issues. Topics include environmental sustainability, education, healthcare, arts, and economic transformation. The goal is to galvanize the energy of passionate leaders to inspire positive community change.
The invited members were chosen by trustees, past INSIGHT participants or Leadership Winston-Salem, and the upcoming class of 36 includes executives from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem Foundation, and the City of Winston Salem, among other organizations. Through their participation during the 14-week program, they will build a network of lasting relationships with leaders from varied vocations and experiences, which furthers the aim of strengthening community.
